Custom orders
Are we out of stock of a particular count, size or print you need? Do you want a design to be in Silver Sparkles? Why not custom order it instead!
Please read all information carefully as custom orders operate in a different way than regular orders.
To order a custom fabric, choose your preferred design, size and finish from the menu (links to the listings are below). A Silver Sparkles finish will have silver thread woven into the fabric, and will give you fabric a glimmery, sparkly finish. Regular finish will have no sparkle.
If you can't find a particular design, send us an email and we can add it to the listing.
Important timeframe information: As the fabric is printed in batches in the UK every 1-2 months, please allow 6-14 weeks for your fabric to arrive. You will receive email updates as your order progresses, as well as information about any postage, customs or printing delays.
Combining items in your order: If you have ordered in-stock items in the same transaction as a custom order, all items will be held and sent together when the custom fabric arrives. If you would like to receive your items in separate shipments, please order items separately, or contact us and we will arrange an invoice for additional postage.
Please note that design colours may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and printing settings. We always try our best to keep all listings updated and as close to the suppliers information as possible.
